RETURNS
New, unused items can be returned within 60 days of the delivery date by initiating a return HERE. Please have your order number and reason for return ready.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition; including no wear, tear, damage or odors.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
SALE OR SAMPLE ITEMS
Giveaway, sample, sale items, or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
GIFT EXCHANGES or RETURNS
Items given as a gift may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. The exchange or return must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. If the preferred item is more than the gift item the difference will be due before shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally to most locations.
International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your postal code and country.
International customs fees and duties are also displayed at checkout, which avoids unexpected fees once the bag arrives in your home country.
International orders can take anywhere from 3 to 15 days depending on where you are located.
Canadian Residents: We partner with the local children's boutique, Baby Laurel Co. We highly recommend purchasing directly from them.

Towel dry or air dry only.
Do not use bleach or hard-bristle brushes.
Machine wash not recommended due to metal components of the bag.
If machine washing, use no spin, cold water and let air dry.
